MAHARASHTRA SAHAKAR PRASHIKSHAN SEVA SAHAKARI SANSTHA LTD. as “Offcial Associate Sanstha”, affliated with DR. VITTHALRAO VIKHE PATIL SAHAKARI PRABANDH SANTHA, PUNE, to conduct Education and Training Programmes for Co- operative Housing/Premises Societies as per Section 24A of Maharashtra Co- operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 2013, Section 154B-6 of Maharashtra Co- operative Societies (Amendment) Act, 2019 and Rule 20B & 30A of Maharashtra Co-op. Soc. Rules 1961.
Various topics related to the Co-operative Societies Act, Rules, and By-Laws will be covered under the Education and Training Programmes. Furthermore, queries will be answered by the experts. The Society can register its name for implementing compulsory compliance towards Education and Training every year under MCS (Amendment) Act, 2019.
